Desktop Writing Case

This is a Desktop Writing Case I built following plans from The New Yankee Workshop™.  It's made out of Cherry and the case is assembled with Box Joints.  The writing surface floats in between bread-board edges and it'll flip open to get to the inside.  The dimension is 19" wide, 19" long, and 5 1/2" deep at its deepest point.  I built one for my Sister-in-law for her birthday and the other was raffled off at a Church fund raiser.  (10/2002 and 11/2002)
