English Garden Bench:  How Many, Where and When

This is my first attempt at building Norm's English Garden Bench in 2003.  It worked out great.

It got a very positive response for the Church Raffle.  So in 2004, I built a total of three.  These were built and finished the same way as 2003.  (The one on the right was a gift to my wife.) 

This one was for a client.  He wanted it painted white.

This one was for a good friend of mine as a surprise to his wife for their 25th Wedding Anniversary.  

The latest benches were completed in 2007 for the New Courtyard at our Church.  One of them has a plaque on it in honor of a popular teacher who past away suddenly days before the 2007 school year started.

There are 12 of them in the world total right now and all are on the same design.
