Handcrafted Wood Furniture and Custom Cabinets

First step was to prep the stock and glue the top together.

Then I build the stationary part of the tabletop and the stationary legs. This part gets attached to the cabinet and supports the hinges.

I got it assembled and prep it for finishing. I used three coats of Salad Bowl finish since food will be prepared on it.

Then it was time to install it and have my sister test it out. Here it is closed up. (Yeah, that guy is me.)

Here it is open. (And making final adjustments!)

It did pass!
